    • The product is a handmade ceramic work, only normal way of cleaning is required for it.
    • You may use mild rice water to soak it before using a new piece of ceramic work.
    • As ceramics are fragile, please avoid dropping or crushing the work.
    • The product might come with some natural glaze cracks, it is part of the designs, which will only impact the function.
    • As all of our ceramic works are hand by hand, so every piece might be slightly different.
    • We will arrange delivery in 3-5 working days. Please make sure the product is not broken before you sign for the package.
    • For all handmade products, we don't accept return & refund after the package was received.
